All banquet food and beverage functions are subject to a mandatory 23% surcharge: which consists of a 13.75% gratuity that is pooled and distributed to Hotel service and support staff as appropriate; and a 9.25% administrative fee that is retained entirely by the Hotel (and not distributed as wages, tips or gratuities to any Hotel employee).  The surcharge is subject to 5.0 percent federal tax, which may change from time to time without notice. If you or your attendees wish to provide an additional tip to specific staff, in addition to the above, please feel free to do so.
