For the main event, it’s all about seasonal West Coast indulgence: think Prime Beef Tenderloin, Cashew-Crusted Sablefish, or a beautifully crafted local vegetarian feature, inspired by what’s freshest right now.

And because no love story should end without chocolate… finish with a decadent dessert that Executive Chef Harris calls a true “Eureka” moment.
