Saturday Mornings | 7:30am – 8:30am

Experience gentle, breath inspired movement under the expert guidance of our professional yoga teacher. This slower paced class allows you to move in and out of poses comfortably, while having the time to be aware of what feels just right for your body. No prior experience of yoga or meditation needed. Tianne will guide you safely and gently. Everyone welcome!

Previously, she thrived as a high-performance athlete at the national level, bringing the same dedication to her yoga practice that she once poured into her athletic pursuits. It was a life-altering car accident that truly unveiled the transformative power of yoga in Tianne’s life. Through the depths of her own physical and emotional trauma, she discovered the profound healing potential of restorative yoga and yoga therapy. Driven by gratitude and a profound sense of purpose, Tianne now devotes herself to sharing the sacred gifts of yoga with others. Specializing in pain care, restorative yoga, anxiety, and insomnia, she empowers individuals to embark on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery.
