Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Express Check-Out
Guests can verify their account balance status and check-out through their television set. A receipt will be mailed out to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.


Guest Parking

Overnight parking is available at the hotel and is in effect from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the next day.  

Valet / Self Parking
$56.00/night, including in-and-out privileges and taxes (self parking guests must register licence plate at the front desk).

Overheight Parking
Vehicles over 6″7′ must be placed in overheight parking at a rate of $75.00/night. Four spots are available on a first come first serve basis. 

Electric Car and Hybrid Parking
The Fairmont Waterfront supports your decision to drive a more environmentally friendly car and is happy to extend complimentary parking for electric cars and a 50% discount for hybrid vehicles (Maximum one car per room | offer does not apply to long term parking)

BUSINESS SERVICES

Fairmont Waterfront offers you virtually everything you need to meet your business and convention exhibiting needs — from scanning, copying and faxing to packing and shipping. High-speed wireless internet is also available throughout the hotel.

Hours: Access to the Business Centre is complimentary and available 24 hours/day with a guestroom key.

MAIL AND SHIPPING:
Our Concierge, lobby level, is pleased to assist you with all outbound package handling services. Online payment for shipping and completion of waybills is required by all guests. Materials, packaging and labels can be provided by the Concierge team. Inbound packages can be collected from Bell Services, located next to the Concierge.
