Led by wellness expert Tianne Allan, our weekly yoga and meditation sessions invite you to breathe in the ocean air and soak up sweeping views of Vancouver’s harbour. Held on our Pool Deck every Friday morning, these guided classes blend gentle movement with stillness, helping you ground into the day and reconnect with your breath.
As part of our Waterfront Wellness program, this experience is exclusively available to hotel guests, and designed to inspire clarity, calm, and connection with the coast.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Tianne Allan isn’t just a yoga instructor—she’s a catalyst for profound transformation, helping individuals reclaim their vitality, peace, and joy through the transformative power of yoga and sound healing. With over two decades of experience as a certified yoga therapist, registered yoga teacher, and sound healer, Tianne has offered a guiding light for countless individuals in Vancouver and internationally since 2002. Tianne’s journey to becoming a yoga teacher wasn’t conventional. Previously, she thrived as a high-performance athlete at the national level, bringing the same dedication to her yoga practice that she once poured into her athletic pursuits. It was a life-altering car accident that truly unveiled the transformative power of yoga in Tianne’s life. Through the depths of her own physical and emotional trauma, she discovered the profound healing potential of restorative yoga and yoga therapy. Driven by gratitude and a profound sense of purpose, Tianne now devotes herself to sharing the sacred gifts of yoga with others. Specializing in pain care, restorative yoga, anxiety, and insomnia, she empowers individuals to embark on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery.
