Our Province to Plate menu is a celebration of British Columbia’s rich bounty, crafted to highlight the region’s freshest seasonal ingredients through a sustainable, hyper-local lens. Rotating regularly, each three-course experience is created in partnership with our trusted network of farmers, fishers, and artisans.
This month’s spotlight: features a pollinator-friendly dessert inspired by the bees behind so much of the food we enjoy. Made with honey from our rooftop apiary and country hives, it’s a tribute to the small but mighty workers that help bring each harvest to life – and to our ongoing efforts to support pollinator health and habitat.
