Running from January 21 to February 8, the festival invites locals and visitors to discover Vancouver’s dynamic dining scene through thoughtfully crafted menus at exceptional value.

Province to Plate – 3-Course Dinner | $55
Province to Plate is ARC’s culinary philosophy in action, celebrating locally inspired ingredients from across British Columbia through a refined three-course dining experience.

Lunch 39 – 2 Courses | $39
A fresh, approachable two-course lunch menu highlighting seasonal flavours and ARC favourites—perfect for a leisurely midday escape or business lunch.
