Made for the couple who wishes to celebrate their love and nuptials without having to look any further or wait any longer. Fairmont Waterfront has partnered with some of the city’s finest wedding professionals to create an elegant, all-inclusive onsite elopement experience. This all-inclusive option includes the following:

• Elegant venue suitable for up to 50 guests
• Gold chiavari chairs, white drape backdrop and signing table
• Gold round arch with soft blush, white and green floral accents
• Two soft blush, white and green ceremony arrangements on gold stands
• Fresh floral bridal bouquet and boutonniere in corresponding neutral tones
• Appointed marriage commissioner (couples must purchase their own marriage license)
• Prosecco toast for bride & groom following ceremony
• 2-hours of professional wedding photography and video for before and during the ceremony (additional hours available)
• 1 complimentary onsite parking for the wedding couple

To ensure your day unfolds flawlessly, couples will also receive day-of wedding coordination with a professional elopement planner. Up to 3.5 hours of assistance includes:
• Pre-planning of key information; song selection, parents’ information for license, witnesses, seating pods, order of ceremony, group photo list
• Creating and providing a detailed timeline of events for all vendors and partners
• Onsite coordinator arrival 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time; greeting vendors and guests, assisting guests to seats
• Coordination of background music for all key songs; processional, signing, recessional through planner’s speakers
• Hands-on coordination; pinning boutonnière, cueing of processional, passing of license to commissioner, champagne toast
• Direct coordination with photographer and assistance cueing wedding couple and group photos

All wedding parties are welcome to use our beautiful third floor rooftop garden as an additional location for photography.

All pricing is subject to a 23% service charge, 5% GST and 10% liquor tax.
