An energizing outdoor fitness event meets Pride celebration, open to all.

In honour of Vancouver Pride, this dynamic event invites the community to move, sweat, and celebrate together, all in support of a meaningful cause.

Held at šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (Vancouver Art Gallery North Plaza), the evening features high-energy performances from Kendall Gender (Canada’s Drag Race), Tiffany Ann Co., Bibi SouPhresh, Hazel, PM, and dancers from Quill Collective.

Participants will join three beginner-friendly 20-minute fitness sessions:

• Pop Queen Cardio with Jared Byrne (dance cardio)
• Step Fitness with Mark Wolf & Gus from YMCA (no step required)
• Tempo with Marco B from Hustle (rhythm-based strength training)

Event Details:

• Pre-registration is required to attend.
• All proceeds go to QMUNITY.
• Participants should wear comfortable workout gear and bring water (a refill station will be available).
• Sunglasses are recommended, as the event faces the setting sun.
• Each registration includes a gift bag with SmartSweets and Herbaland electrolyte gummies.
