This bold new collaboration brings together the craftsmanship of Vancouver’s beloved dessert innovators with the seasonal essence of the West Coast.

The pop-up features a rotating lineup of exclusive flavours created just for Fairmont Waterfront, including:

• Lemon, Wildflower Honey & Thyme Sorbet – a tribute to our rooftop garden and bee apiary
• Salted Chocolate – made with sea salt from Vancouver Island
• Vanilla Bean & Brown Butter Croissant with Edible Gold – a playful nod to refined indulgence
• Guests can also enjoy seasonal B.C. berry cups topped with warm, velvety chocolate – the ultimate summer treat.
