Guests will experience a private tour of the rooftop garden and honey bee apiary guided by a member of the Bee Team. Learn about the many pollinators who call the rooftop home and peek inside the observation hive – you may even spot the queen.

This package also includes Chef Adam Middleton’s three course Bee Sustainable menu in ARC Restaurant, featuring more than a dozen ingredients that require pollination. Your taste buds will agree that it’s more important than ever to give bees a chance.

Bees are the most effective animal pollinators on earth, but loss and fragmentation of habitat leaves hundreds of thousands of bees without space to nest. That’s why we built our pollinator hotel, affectionately known as the “bee & bee,” a place for solitary bees to forage and nest.

Package includes:

• overnight accommodations; we recommend booking a Fairmont Terrace guest room opening onto the rooftop garden
• private tour of the garden, honey bee apiary, and pollinator habitat
• three course pollinator menu in ARC Restaurant
• take-home jar of honey from the hotel’s apiary
• $10 donation to Hives for Humanity to support the Pollinator Corridor Project
