Sweeten your summer with our Artisanal Ice Cream Pop-Up in partnership with HYPE Chocolate, located just steps from the ARC Restaurant’s patio at Fairmont Waterfront. This bold new collaboration brings together the craftsmanship of Vancouver’s beloved dessert innovators with the seasonal essence of the West Coast.

The pop-up features a rotating lineup of exclusive flavours created just for Fairmont Waterfront, including:

  • Lemon, Wildflower Honey & Thyme Sorbet – a tribute to our rooftop garden and bee apiary
  • Salted Chocolate – made with sea salt from Vancouver Island
  • Vanilla Bean & Brown Butter Croissant with Edible Gold – a playful nod to refined indulgence
  • Guests can also enjoy seasonal B.C. berry cups topped with warm, velvety chocolate – the ultimate summer treat.
