Fairmont Waterfront and Vancouver’s beloved HYPE Chocolate are joining forces once again to bring a handcrafted hot chocolate experience to downtown – blending local creativity, holiday spirit, and sustainably sourced sweetness.

Running every Friday from November 28 to December 19, 3:00–6:00 PM, this festive activation transforms our lobby into a cozy seasonal haven. Guests can savour HYPE’s signature Hot Chocolate – available in Original and Vegan varieties—made with rich, ethically sourced cacao. Then, elevate your cup with a playful selection of toppings, from pillowy mini marshmallows and whipped cream to crumbled Oreo, Biscoff cookie, and decadent chocolate drizzle.

In addition to the pop-up menu, guests can shop a curated collection of HYPE’s most-loved chocolate bars, each co-branded with the Fairmont Waterfront logo. Seasonal favourites such as S’mores and Gingerbread join year-round classics including Dark Chocolate Sea Salt – crafted in celebration of our pure coastal luxury ethos—as well as Classic Milk, Vegan, and White varieties.
