Monster Dash 5K Run

Burnaby’s annual Monster Dash 5K invites participants to a heart-pounding Halloween adventure. This exciting race promises a day filled with fun, thrills, and a touch of spooky, along with prizes for top performers. Runners are encouraged to dress in costume and enjoy an unforgettable experience at Swangard Stadium in Burnaby, BC.

The Mini Monster Dash, a 400-metre run, is designed for younger participants. Children can dress as mini goblins, superheroes, ghosts, or other festive creatures and enjoy a safe, fun, and spirited race environment. Costumes are strongly encouraged.

All registered participants will receive a special race package, including custom souvenirs, goodie bags for Mini Monster Dash runners, a race bib with chip timing for the 5K, and post-event refreshments. The Monster Dash offers the perfect kickoff to an exciting Halloween celebration.
