Your Safety in Mind
Please know that our top priority remains the safety, care and wellbeing of our Fairmont Waterfront family. Welcoming, safeguarding and taking care of others is at the very heart of what we do and who we are. Following the announcement made by BC Premier John Horgan on Monday, April 19, 2021 regarding new restrictions on provincial travel in effect till Monday, May 24, 2021 that limits non-essential travel between provincial health regions, Fairmont Hotels are advising all travelers to follow the government stipulated guidelines and avoid traveling for non-essential reasons when possible.
At this moment, this means keeping our guests and colleagues safe by preventing the spread of COVID-19 – partnering with top experts to implement new standards of safety and enhanced operational protocols and procedures which are among the most stringent in the hospitality industry.
